A method for preparation of an agent with antiinflammatory and antimicrobial activity comprises the extraction of plant material three times with alcohol-aqueous mixture, combining the extract with subsequent sedimentation, filtration and concentration to a dense state. As a plant material the elm leaves are used. The extraction is carried out with ethyl alcohol.
