FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in reduction of titan-magnetite vanadium containing ore materials with coal or coal containing materials in aggregate of direct liquid phase reduction with simultaneous production of iron and hot reduction gases, in metallisation of oxidised vanadium containing pellets in aggregate of metallisation at supply of hot reduction gases from aggregate of direct liquid phase reduction, in supply of liquid iron, metallised pellets and scrap into electric arc furnace, in melting and in producing steel alloyed with vanadium. From the aggregate of metallisation part of hot metallised pellets is loaded to the aggregate of direct liquid-phase reduction; also, share of metallised pellets in charge of the aggregate of liquid phase reduction m is determined from the ratio: m=1/2(FeOf.o./(FeOf.o.-FeOm.p.), where FeOf.o. and FeOm.p. are contents of titan-magnetite vanadium containing ore material in terms of iron oxides per FeO by oxygen and in metallised pellets correspondingly. ^ EFFECT: increased extraction of vanadium into metal, reduced consumption of coal for liquid phase reduction and reduced risk of slag foaming in aggregate of DLR (direct liquid reduction). ^ 1 dwg |
