The device has an electronic circuit (1) connected between a collector (C) and a gate (G), where the circuit includes condenser (C1). Another electronic circuit (2) is connected between a transmitter (E) and the gate, where the circuit includes condenser (C2) connected in parallel with a resistor (R2) and forms a modification unit. The former condenser and the resistor form a quasi linear variation unit for variation of the current from the collector of a transistor (T1). The latter circuit comprises a diode (D2) that is arranged in parallel with the resistor. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulation of current and voltage.
