PROBE EQUIPMENT FOR SOLAR CELL

摘要

PURPOSE: A probe device for a solar cell is provided to minimize damage of a contact resistor and an electrode by being stably contacted to an electrode of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A probe temporarily gets contacted with an electrode of a solar cell and mains an electric connection state. A pulley wheel(107) is formed in both sides of the probe and can rotate. A fixed bar(102) is formed at an upper part of the probe. A separation protection part is formed in a lower part of the pulley wheel. The separation protection part prevents secession of the pulley wheel.
