PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new triarylamine derivative comprising a reactive silyl group, which has excellent solubility and can be immobilized on the surface of an inorganic material, an inorganic material with the derivative immobilized on the surface thereof, and a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element.

SOLUTION: The triarylamine derivative comprising a reactive silyl group is represented by formula (1).
