SYSTEM FOR COATING MGO LIQUID ON FLAT PANEL DISPLAY BY SPRAY FOR ENHANCING ELECTRIC ACTIVITY

PURPOSE: A system for spraying MgO mixture is provided to reduce power consumption and improve brightness by increasing the electro-active property of a flat panel display. CONSTITUTION: A mixing tank(1) includes a load cell(23) which measures the weight of the electro-active materials and mixes solvent supplied according to the weight of MgO by using a stirrer(15). A supply tank(2) includes a load cell(24) for measuring the weight of MgO mixture and supplies MgO mixture by a spray device(6). A gear pump(4) supplies the MgO mixture stored in the supply tank to the spray device. The spray device sprays the MgO mixture to the surface of the flat panel device.
