<p>The method involves setting movement of three-dimensional enclosed space e.g. enclosed cage or housing (CG), arranged within an integrated circuit (CI), where the enclosed space contains piezo-electric elements (EPZ1) and freely houses objects (BL) in a form of balls at its interior. Electric energy is produced from impact between one of the objects and one of the elements during movement of the objects and piezo-electric elements. The element is fixed close to a portion of wall of the space such that the object is housed freely between the element and other wall of space. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method of detection of occurrence of event external to an integrated circuit (2) an integrated circuit comprising a three-dimensional enclosed space (3) a method for manufacturing an integrated circuit.</p> |
