PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that enables a user to know a recipient on an extension telephone side by storing information for identifying a caller as a call log without storing the telephone number of the caller in the extension telephone when making a call from the extension telephone to an external line telephone network, reduces the risk of a leak of customer information even when the extension telephone is lost, and enables a caller of the extension telephone to easily know a number identifying the caller even when he or she does not know the information for identifying the caller. SOLUTION: On receipt of an inquiry about a system number corresponding to a recipient number is received from the telephone number of the extension telephone, the system number uniquely associated with the recipient number is retrieved from external line information data, and when the system number is not registered, a new system number uniquely corresponding to the recipient number is issued.
