CONTACT DEVICE, RELAY USING THE SAME, AND MICRO RELAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device in which designing is easy and moreover shocks at the time of closing between contacts are alleviated without degrading opening and closing performance between the contacts and a contact pressure of the contacts can be secured, and provide a relay using the same and a micro relay. SOLUTION: The contact device includes a fixed contact 10, a moving contact 21a, a moving part 2, and a base 1, and the moving part 2 includes a stopper 20a for regulating a displacement amount of the moving part 2 by contacting with a part opposed to the base 1, and a shock absorbing member 11 for absorbing shocks at the time of contact when it contacts with a stopper 20a. The shock absorbing member 11 is composed of a soft material which has a similar resistance to a rigid body at the moment it contacts with other member and deforms thereafter so that there may be almost no spring constant while in contact.
