PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker for fishing for enabling an easy mounting/removal with a large fixing force to a fishingline without damaging the fishingline. SOLUTION: A sinker for fishing has: a sinker body 2 that a divided groove 2a is partly formed; and a clamping body 3 that a clamping groove 3a clamping the fishingline along the divided groove 2a is formed and that enables a press-fitting by an elastic deformation to the divided groove 2a.
