PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which is adapted to improve the quality and reliability and can be thinned, and to provide a wiring structure thereof. SOLUTION: In the wiring structure of a speaker apparatus 1 having a planar diaphragm 10, a driving coil 16 attached to the diaphragm 10, and a magnetic circuit 14 including the driving coil 16 and driving the diaphragm 10, a lead wire 17 for input to the driving coil 16 is arranged in a space formed between the diaphragm 10 and the magnetic circuit 14, and the tip of the lead wire 17 is connected electrically with the tip of the driving coil 16 at the driving coil holding part 15 which holds the driving coil 16.
