PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of onboard equipment advantageous in improving work efficiency and improving the mounting accuracy of the onboard equipment while reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: When an audio device 12 attached with brackets 20 at both of right and left sides of a body 18 of the equipment is inserted into an opening 1011 of a panel body 1010 and pushed to the front, an arm side locking part 32 is guided by a guide 38 to form a first state. In the first state, an upper surface part 28 and a lower surface 30 are locked on a first arm side locking surface 24 and a second arm side locking surface 26, respectively, and thereby the audio device 12 is positioned in the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction. In the first state, a mounting piece 2006 of the bracket 20 is mounted to a mounting part 1016 of an instrument panel 10 with a screw, and thereby the audio device 12 is arranged.
