PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which has satisfactory fixability by exposing wax to its surface, and in which the generation of the pollution of a member by the transfer of wax to a photosensitive body can be suppressed by reducing the abundance of the wax in the vicinity of the surface. SOLUTION: The toner at least includes a binder resin, wax and a colorant, and in which resin fine particles are deposited on the surface thereof. In the toner, glass transition temperature Tg is 50 to 80°C, the exposure amount of the wax in the surface of the toner obtained by extraction with hexane is 18 to 30 mg/g, and the measured value of FTIR-ATR (Fourier transform infrared-Attenuated total reflectance) is≤0.1.
