PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for molding with a protective film which has high surface hardness and high moldability. SOLUTION: In the hard coat film for molding with the protective film having a hard coat layer produced by applying a coating liquid on at least one side of a base material film and curing the liquid, the base material film is a biaxially oriented polyester film containing a copolyester, the coating liquid contains at least an ionizing radiation curable compound having at least three functional groups and (an) ionizing radiation curable mono- and/or bi-functional compounds/compound, the content of the ionizing radiation curable mono- and/or bi-functional compounds/compound in ionizing radiation curable compounds contained in the coating liquid is 5-95 mass%, and the protective film is a polypropylene film in the hard coat film for molding with the protective film.
