PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint which is easily installable from the inside of a manhole and can secure superior water cut-off performance even if a jacking pipe is bent and displaced, and also provide a joint structure and a method of connecting the pipe joint port of the manhole and the jacking pipe. SOLUTION: In this pipe joint 2 of a joint structure 1 for connecting the jacking pipe 40 to the pipe connection port 31 of the manhole 30, a lip part 22 is integrally formed with the inner periphery of a joint body 20 which is formed of an annular flexible body partially inserted into the axial one end of a collar 10. The lip part 22 includes a plurality of lips which generally equalizes the internal stresses produced at both ends of the lip part in the bending and displacing direction when the jacking pipe 40 is bent and displaced so as to be positioned non-parallel to the axis of the collar 10 about the intersection of the cross section of the lip part 22 and the axis of the collar 10. Consequently, the stresses at both ends of the lip part 22 in the bending and displacing direction are generally equalized when the jacking pipe 40 is inserted watertight thereinto and the jacking pipe 40 is bent and displaced.
