PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an arm inconspicuous and compact in a drawn-out state of a screen. SOLUTION: The sunshade device includes: a winding device 20; a screen 30 to be drawn out from and housed in the winding device 20; a stay 40 having a body 41 and a pair of connection end portions 42 and mounted on the drawing-side end of the screen 30; and a pair of arms 50, each end of which is relatively rotatably connected to the connection end 42, each base end portion of which is relatively rotatably supported on the winding device 20, and each posture of which is changed between a folding posture and a deployment posture by the rotation. Each of the pair of arms 50 has a rotating base 52 having a one-end side portion 54 extending toward a vertical frame 104 in the deployment posture and an opposite-end side portion 56 bending from the end of the one-end side portion 54 and extending along the vertical frame 104, and an arm 58 connected to the opposite-end side portion 56 and extending along the vertical frame 104 in the deployment posture. The pair of connection end portions 42 are adapted to be extended and retracted along the drawing and housing direction of the screen 30 in the state of being urged in the extending direction.
