PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold pilger rolling apparatus 2 in which lubricating oil is hardly remains. SOLUTION: The cold pilger rolling apparatus 2 includes: a pair of roll dies 4; a mandrel 6; a rod 8; a brush 10 and a universal joint 12. Respective roll dies 4 are provided with a caliber 20. The diameter of the caliber 20 is varied along a peripheral direction. The mandrel 6 has a tapered shape. A pipe stock 14a is pressurized between the mandrel 6 and the caliber 20 and a finished pipe 14b is obtained. The brush 10 is inserted into the pipe 14, and is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 14 and has a lot of fibers. Respective fibers are made of stainless steel.
