MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM INCLUDING A PLURALITY OF RELAY STATIONS AND METHOD OF TRANSMITTING DATA PACKETS FOR THE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A transmission method of a data packet that includes a plurality of a relay apparatus and communication system at mobile communication system are provided to steadily offer a multimedia service of a high definition to an objective terminal that is located in an edge of a cell. CONSTITUTION: A first relay apparatus of multiple relay apparatuses(120a,120b) re-transmits a significance low data in data packets to a client terminal by using AF(Amplify and Forward) method. A second relay apparatus of the multiple relay apparatuses re-transmits a significance high data in the data packets to the client terminal by using DF(Decode and Forward) method. The first relay apparatus is selected among the multiple relay apparatuses by considering a channel situation in a group of relay apparatuses that is using AF method.
