PURPOSE: An activation method of allicin using a liquid nitrogen vacuum drying process is provided to have prevention and curing effects on colds and tuberculosis and to secure the insecticidal sterilization function of the allicin. CONSTITUTION: An activation method of allicin using a liquid nitrogen vacuum drying process comprises the following steps: dipping garlic in liquid nitrogen having a temperature lower than -170deg C for 5seconds-1hour; freeze-drying the frozen garlic; and crushing the garlic in a flake form using a crusher. |
