PURPOSE: Kimchi using buckthorn leaves, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the oxygen-resistance, the heart disease prophylaxis effect, and the skin care effect. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi using buckthorn leaves comprises a step of inserting 1~10wt% of ground buckthorn leaves into the kimchi before aging the kimchi, or a step of inserting 0.5~5wt% of buckthorn leaf powder into the kimchi before aging the kimchi. |
