PURPOSE: An LED lamp with an improved radiant heat function is provided to improve industrial applicability and reduce manufacturing costs by injecting a mold into a radiant heat unit and the other upper radiant heat unit which have a radiant heat function by using a thermoplastic. CONSTITUTION: A projectile dries a thermoplastic at a temperature between 145 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 to 6 hours. The thermoplastic is inserted into a mold mounted on an injection machine. An injection molded product is pressed by a pressure of 2.1 to 6.9 MPA(Movement for Autonomies, Movimento per le Autonomie). The molded product in a mold is frozen at a temperature between 45 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 60 seconds. The frozen injection molded product is detached from the mold. |
