PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing winding noodles is provided to facilitate the manufacture of noodles by simplifying the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing winding noodles comprises: a pair of noodle pressing members(200) which compress dough in the plate shape using a pair of pressing rollers; a pair of noodle cutting members(300) which are installed in the lower part of the noodle pressing member, cut noodles in a wave form, and discharge the noodle; a sliding plate(400) which is installed on a pair of noodle cutting members and guides the compressed dough between the noodle cutting members; and a noodle separation member(500) which is installed in order to be linked with the noodle cutting member and separates winding noodles from the noodle cutting member. |
