MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION DEVICE WITH JET-TYPE ENERGY DISSIPATOR

A motor vehicle collision device with a jet-type energy dissipator (16) includes piston cylinders (6,29), at least one threaded hole joints (12,13,14,15), at least one high-pressure connection tubes (19,20,21,22) and the jet-type energy dissipator (16). The jet-type energy dissipator (16) includes high-pressure buffer chambers (1693,1694), a low-pressure buffer chamber (1692), shuttle valves (1641-1648), valve barrels (1631-1638), valve barrel end covers (1611-1618), threaded holes (1681-1688) and hollow bolts (1601-1608). The threaded hole joints (12,13,14,15) are connected to each through hole of the piston cylinders in turn along the longitudinal walls of the piston cylinders (6,29). One ends of the high-pressure connection tubes (19,20,21,22) are connected to the threaded hole joints (12,13,14,15), and the other ends to the threaded holes (1681-1688) via corresponding hollow bolts (1601-1608). Each shuttle valve (1641-1648) is mounted in the corresponding valve barrel (1631-1638). By use of the motor vehicle collision device provided by the present invention, the vehicle body can become soft and then hard during a collision, so as to implement protection from a rear-end collision immediately after protection from a frontal collision and ensure the vehicle body is in a tensile state, thus improving the safety of the motor vehicle.
