摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control in detail the power to be supplied to a vehicle from a charging stand outside the vehicle by using an existing pilot signal. <P>SOLUTION: The charging stand for supplying power to an electric vehicle includes a switching device for switching a supply voltage value to V1 or V2 and an ECU that generates a pilot signal indicating an allowable current value, sends it to the electric vehicle, and controls the switching device. Based on a power command value Pcom inputted from outside, the ECU sets up a current command value Icom corresponding to the allowable current value and a voltage command value Vcom corresponding to the supply voltage value. When Pcom<threshold value Pb, Vcom is set to V1, and when Pcom>Pb, Vcom is set to V2.
