<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity (printing efficiency), to improve convenience (usability) and installation property and to attain miniaturization and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: A card printer 1 includes a carrying mechanism part 3 capable of carrying cards C in a forward direction Df or a reverse direction Dr; a print processing part 4 printing the cards C; a reversing mechanism part 5 reversing the front and rear faces of the printed cards C; and a card tray part 6 stacking the printed cards C. In constituting the card printer 1, the carrying mechanism part 3 is constituted into a circulating structure Mc for circulating an endless carrier belt 7. A belt upper face 7f located on the upper side is thereby made a forward carrier path 3f, and a belt lower face 7f located on the lower side is made a reverse carrier path 3r. Further, a carrying switching mechanism part 8 is provided for switching the card C carried on the reverse carrier path 3r, into a first position Xf to deliver the card C to the card tray part 6 or into a second position Xs to supply the card again to the print processing part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
