<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the occurrence of a rapid change in impedance at an external terminal when switching ON/OFF of a termination resistor. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: an external terminal (corresponding to DQ in Fig.2); an output circuit (corresponding to 21 in Fig.2) which is connected to the external terminal so as to output an output signal to the external terminal; a termination circuit (corresponding to 22 in Fig.2) which connects a termination resistor to the external terminal in such a way that the termination resistor can be connected or disconnected; and a first slew rate control circuit (corresponding to 23a in Fig.2) which performs control such that a time for the termination resistor to be changed from any one of OFF and ON states to the other state can become equal to or longer than a time for the output signal to change from one logic level to another logic level during data outputting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
