<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy for a user to clearly come to feel the value of merchandise or a service which the user has browsed by displaying the calculation unit of merchandise or a service which the user has browsed, in reference to the merchandise or the service whose purchase the user has applied for. <P>SOLUTION: A target merchandise selection part 123 selects any of merchandise which the user has browsed so far, as target merchandise. A basic article correspondence number calculation part 124 calculates the basic article correspondence number expressing the price of the target merchandise with the number corresponding to the basic article by dividing the price of the target merchandise by the price of the basic article being merchandise to be sold on a Web page on which the application of purchase is accepted.
