摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body monitoring system detectable whether desired muscles are surely trained and surely achieving a training effect without giving loads to a subject by radio-transmitting a detection result. <P>SOLUTION: In the biological body monitoring system comprising a biological information detection unit 100 provided with at least two myoelectric electrodes 220, 240, 260 which can be directly put on a subject and a radio transmission means 160 for radio-transmitting detected myoelectric signals from the myoelectric electrodes, and a living body monitoring device 300 for receiving signals from the biological information detection unit 100 and processing the received biological information, the biological information detection unit 100 is directly put on the body surface of the subject, training is performed, and myoelectric signals during training are radio-transmitted to the living body monitoring device 300.
