PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for cleaning and conditioning keratin fibers.

SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition for cleaning and conditioning keratin fibers, particularly human keratin fibers such as the hair, comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: (i) one or more organosilicon compounds selected from silanes including one silicon atom and siloxanes including two or three silicon atoms, the organosilicon compounds also including one or more basic chemical functional groups and one or more hydroxyl groups or hydrolyzable groups per molecule; (ii) one or more anionic surfactants; and (iii) one or more non-quaternarized aminated silicones which are different from the compounds (i).
