<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device and a navigation system capable of achieving air conditioning environment suitable for each person in an office while reducing cost in the office in a free address system. <P>SOLUTION: The navigation system 30 performing navigation related to air conditioning of a space where a plurality of seats are arranged in free addresses includes an input/output part 34 and a control part 33. In the input/output part 34, a layout drawing of the plurality of seats is displayed, and indoor environment information in a predetermined position in the space is displayed to correspond to the predetermined position. Alternatively, operation mode information of each of a plurality of indoor units for air-conditioning the space is displayed to correspond to the position of each of the plurality of indoor units.
