<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of press-down position detection in a display input device without deterioration of reaction speed even when a high-capacity capacitor is connected to a signal line transmitting output voltage of a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display input device includes a display unit which displays an input key; a touch panel unit including two resistance films; a power source unit for applying voltage to the resistance films; a position detection unit which detects, with the voltage being applied to one of the resistance films, coordinates of a press-down position based on the magnitude of voltage which is changed by the press-down position as a result of division of the applied voltage and output from an electrode of the other resistance film; a capacitor connected between the resistance films and the position detection unit; and a switch unit which switches the application direction of the voltage to be applied to both ends of the one resistance film to the reverse direction when the voltage input to the position detection unit exceeds a switching voltage value as a preset voltage value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
