<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder that obtains information for analyzing an object and phenomena when a near miss occurs, and a map generation system for generating a near miss map. <P>SOLUTION: The drive recorder includes: a three-dimensional measurement part 1 which calculates a two-dimensional optical flow from time-series image data; an obstacle detection part 2 which detects an area in an image having a possibility of collision against a vehicle, as an obstacle determination candidate area on the basis of the two-dimensional optical flow; a collision possibility determination part 3 which determines whether the vehicle will collide with an object in the obstacle determination candidate area, on the basis of distance information with respect to the obstacle determination candidate area, and outputs a trigger signal when the time to collision is shorter than collision avoidance time; a recording part 4 which records image data at the timing of the trigger signal; and a position information acquisition part 5 which gives position information at the time of recording the image data, to the recording part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
