<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent suspension and congestion of a line using as few collection cassettes as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The cassette transport control method is characterized in that information on each cassette is monitored all the time, and based on the information on each cassette and the minimum number of cassettes required for each line, the minimum number of required collection cassettes for each block is calculated (S3); and is characterized in that transport instructions to replenish collection cassettes are output (S13) so that blocks short of collection cassettes having less than the minimum number of the cassettes required may get collection cassettes from other blocks having more than the minimum number of the cassettes required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
