PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of an alarm function. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 equipped with the alarm function 19 includes an alarm operation pattern acquisition unit 15 and a terminal operation monitor unit 16, that acquire an operation history (an alarm operation pattern and an application operation history) of the cellular phone 10; an alarm setting change unit 17, which changes given alarm setting information for implementing the alarm function according to the operation history; and an alarm control unit 18 which controls implementation of the alarm function, based on the changed alarm setting information.
