PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imitation leather having feeling equal to a conventional imitation leather, further having excellent slipperiness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance on the surface, capable of being produced by utilizing a material obtained by incorporating and immobilizing carbon dioxide in a resin as a material for forming the imitation leather to contribute to the reduction of the carbon dioxide, and being excellent environmentally-friendly product in the point of view of conservation of global environment. SOLUTION: The imitation leather is obtained by filling or laminating a resin composition consisting essentially of a polysiloxane-modified polyhydroxy polyurethane resin derived from the reaction of a 5-membered cyclic carbonate compound with an amine-modified polysiloxane compound, into or on a base fabric.
