PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device which can effectively drain water in an exhaust gas passage to the outside while suppressing the generation of abnormal noise. SOLUTION: The exhaust device 1 which exhausts exhaust gas of an engine includes: an exhaust passage component 11 which composes at least a part of the exhaust passage, and in which drain holes 12 to drain the water in the exhaust passage to the outside are provided at a lower part of the exhaust passage; and a sealing member 13 which relatively moves by the difference of thermal expansion between the exhaust passage component 11 and the sealing member to open the drain holes 12 in a cold state and to close the drain holes 12 in a warm state.
