PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film having good adhesiveness of each layer of a base layer, an intermediate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the surface protective film and having low peeling resistant force (adhesiveness) between surface protective films (between the base layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer). SOLUTION: The surface protective film includes a base layer, an intermediate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the base layer is formed of a polymer composition containing a soft polyester resin and a polyester elastomer, and the intermediate layer is an intermediate layer (A) formed of a polymer composition containing a copolymer or its hydrogenated product having an aromatic vinyl unit and a conjugate diene unit, and a polypropylene resin, or has a two-layer structure consisting of an intermediate layer (B1) formed of a polymer composition containing a modified olefin resin and an intermediate layer (B2) formed of a polymer composition containing a copolymer or its hydrogenated product having an aromatic vinyl unit and a conjugate diene unit, and polypropylene resin, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of a polymer composition containing an olefin elastomer and a styrene elastomer.
