The present invention relates to a retractable antenna capable of reducing the occupied space and cost. In particular, the retractable antenna comprises: a rod antenna portion with a linear form, which is freely retractable in the longitudinal direction of a mobile wireless communication terminal; and a connection member which is connected to the antenna portion to be able to move inside thereof and serves to mount the antenna portion to a terminal body, wherein the connection member includes a plurality of convex portions protruded inwardly to come in contact with the rod antenna portion, and a base to be interposed between the convex portions, the base having a circular ring that is cut in such a manner as to make the convex portions pressurize the road antenna portion to elastically deform, dual plates extended respectively from both ends of the ring, and coupling holes for receiving screws to fasten the base to the terminal body. Here, the ring and the base are formed by bending one plate, and the dual-layer base is coupled by rivet fastening or spot welding to limit the radial expansion of the ring. |
