<p>Provided are a measurement reporting method and device in a wireless communications system. A mobile station receives data relating to a measurement set for K(M=N) component carrier waves to be measured from among N component carrier waves, from a base station. The mobile station measures the K component carrier waves. The mobile station then reports the results of the measurement of the K component carrier waves to the base station.</p>
