PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a damage in a pressure-welded part of pipe a first pipe 10 and a second pipe 20, cased by misalignment of both the pipes 10 and 20, and to prevent the deterioration of sealability in the pressure-welded part. SOLUTION: The inner diameter R2 of an open end peripheral edge of a divergently tapered inner surface 22 is set larger than the outer diameter R1 of a tip peripheral edge of a convergently tapered outer surface 13. A nut 30 has an inclination restriction part to limit an inclination of the first pipe 10 to the central axis 40 of the nut. An inclination allowance angleθby the inclination restriction part is set so that the end peripheral edge of the convergently tapered outer surface 13 is located more inside the inner diameter than the open end peripheral edge of the divergently tapered inner surface 22 in a connecting process in the state where the first pipe 10 fully inclines.
