PURPOSE: A producing method of a porous membrane, and an asymmetric porous membrane manufactured therefrom are provided to easily obtain the desired size of pores by controlling the flowing speed of air. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an asymmetric porous membrane comprises the following steps: producing a liquid film on a supporter; casting a polymer solution containing a polymer resin and a pore controlling agent to the liquid film; exposing the polymer solution among the atmosphere containing a solvent; and controlling the flowing speed of air into 0.05~0.8m/sec for controlling the size of pores on the membrane.
