PURPOSE: A rear view mirror for a vehicle is provided to enhance the look of a vehicle by protecting an ETC(Electronic Toll Collection) antenna with an antenna cover. CONSTITUTION: A rear view mirror for a vehicle comprises a stay(30), a mirror assembly, a flat ETC antenna(70), and an antenna cover. The stay is fixed to windshield glass(11). The mirror assembly is rotatably installed on the stay. An ETC module(50) is built in the mirror assembly. The flat ETC antenna is electrically connected to the ETC module. The flat ETC antenna is coupled to the stay facing the windshield glass. The antenna cover is coupled to the stay to protect the ETC antenna. The base plate(83) of the antenna cover is arranged away from the ETC antenna.
