PURPOSE: A functional salt containing green tea, ginkgo, and garlic is provided to reduce blood pressure and to ensure antibacterial ability. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial toothpaste contains salt as an active ingredient, containing green tea which is prepared by dissolving green tea solid in a salt solution, drying, and re-crystallizing. The functional salt of low salinity is prepared by mixing 0.1-5% of green tea, 0.1-5% of kelp, ginkgo, and garlic, and re-crystallizing. The functional salt contains vitamin and various minerals.
