PURPOSE: A drum-shaped spinneret block and an electrospinning apparatus including the same are provided to offer a drum-shaped spinneret block for a wide width which allows manufacturing the large-scaled web having a uniform pore size. CONSTITUTION: The drum-shaped spinneret block and the electrospinning apparatus including the same includes a punch plate roll; an insulator portion; a hotwire; a shaft; a hot air supply line; a drum-shaped spinneret block. The punch plate roll has a hot air injection hole. The insulator portion(20) is located inside the punch plate roll(10) in a concentric shape. The hotwire is located inside the insulator in a concentric shape. The shaft is located inside the hotwire(30) in a concentric shape. The hot air supply line(50) is located inside the shaft in a concentric shape. The drum-shaped spinneret block(100) includes an air heating part(60) connected to the hot air supply line.
