摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing fiber reinforced plastics central strength component for the over-head power transmission line is provided to be stable in a high temperature and to minimize a deflection phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing fiber reinforced plastics central strength component for the over-head power transmission line is as follows. The fiber reinforced plastics includes polyfunctional epoxy resin and aromatic group amine-based hardener. A manufacturing composition for the fiber reinforced plastics impregnates fiber. The manufacturing composition for the fiber reinforced plastics passes through the impregnated fiber in one or more consecutive rollers. A fiber bundle is passed through in a ceramics hole having a circular cross-section. The fiber reinforced plastics solidifies the fiber bundle firstly, which becomes prepreg. The fiber reinforced plastics is coated. The fiber reinforced plastics is arranged to be entangled with each other through a first twist. The twist of the fiber reinforced plastics is secondly hardened, which forms the fiber reinforced plastics central strength component(10).
