2ND HEAT EXCHANGER OF CONDENSING BOILER

PURPOSE: A secondary heat exchanger of a condensing boiler is provided to maximize thermal efficiency by extending a passage, which is in contact with exhaust gas, through multiple rows of pipes. CONSTITUTION: A secondary heat exchanger(30) of a condensing boiler comprises a front plate, a rear plate(32), a bottom plate(34), and a guide plate(40). The front, rear, bottom plates are integrally bent. A window(31a) of the front plate is connected to an exhaust air guide(21).The bottom plate is downward inclined from the front plate to the rear plate. A condensate drain hole(34a) is formed in the end of the bottom plate. The guide plate is installed between an upper plate(35) and the bottom plate and downward guides exhaust gas flowing through the window. The guide plate is bent to form a passage(L1).
