<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a development agent which is not electrified or electrified lower from being hold on a development agent holding surface as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A main electric field transfer board transfers the development agent from a pre-transfer development agent storage part to a development agent holding member. The main electric field transfer board is stored in a casing so that the development agent transfer surface thereof may face downward. The development agent whose electrification state is defective drops downward from the development agent transfer surface. A development agent stirring and recovering part feeds the development agent to the pre-transfer development agent storage part, while stirring the stored development agent and the development agent dropping from the development agent transfer surface, in an auxiliary development agent storage part adjacent to the pre-transfer development agent storage part, in the bottom part of the casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
