<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus for a vehicle for extending the life of a soldering part between a control terminal and a control circuit board and the life of a welding part between a power terminal and a bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus 1 for the vehicle includes a stack 4 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of cooling tubes 3 are laminated. A bus bar 10 is welded to a power terminal 20. A control circuit board 7 is soldered to a control terminal 21. The stack 4 is housed in a housing case 5. The stack 4 is held in the housing case 5 while being pressed in the stack direction X from both ends in the stack direction X.
