<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that can improve the efficiency of heat exchange at the downstream side of an air flow, and can perform effective cooling. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter device includes a substrate 17 assembled with a plurality of electronic components 15, a base plate 21 which is arranged adjacent to a switch module 19 having a large internal heat generation amount in the electronic components 15; a heat dissipation fin part 27 which is arranged almost in parallel with the lower surface 23 at the opposite side with respect to the substrate 17 of the base plate 21, and has a plurality of lower-side fins 25 which form a plurality of closed fluid passages, and fans 29 which are arranged so as to oppose one-side ends of the closed fluid passages and feed air in air flow directions along the closed fluid passages. In the heat dissipation fin part 27, there are arranged in the air flow directions a plurality of merging points which merge the plurality of closed fluid passages in directions intersecting with the air flow directions, and a distance between the merging points is narrowed more than the other part in the vicinity of the switch module 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
