<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional radio communication system requires a reception function in order to receive down signals from a peripheral base station and different reception circuit or firmware has to be possessed in the radio communication system wherein down baseband signal format and frame format and up baseband signal format and frame format are different. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a frame timing offset means for offsetting frame timing, a frame timing generation means for generating offset frame timing, a reception electric field strength measuring means for measuring reception electric field strength in a down link sub frame area on the basis of the generated frame timing, and a frequency determination means for determining a carrier frequency on the basis of the reception electric field strength measured by the reception electric field strength measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
